Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- to go on our mailing list and receive our newsletter
- to book events
- to attend meetings online
We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources:
- Names and email addresses from Eventbrite and Mailchimp
We use the information that you have given us in order to:
- send you our newsletter
- notify you about events
- organise events
- help you attend meetings online
We do not share this information.

How we store your personal information
We keep names and email addresses / telephone numbers while they are current or until we are asked to remove them. We will then remove your information from our mailing list.

Your right to erasure — You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information.
You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
