We use the information that you have given us in order to:

  • send you our newsletter
  • notify you about events 
  • organise events
  • help you attend meetings online

How we store your personal information 

Your information is securely stored. Responsibility for data protection lies with the Committee members who oversee activities and ensure the privacy policy is upheld.
We keep names and email addresses / telephone numbers while they are current or until we are asked to remove them. We will then remove your information from our mailing list.

Your right to erasure — You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information. 
You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
